Bancsol will look for opportunities in banks for deploying ATMs/Cash Deposit Machines on end to end basis.
Clover Transaction Systems will be its technology partner for such deployments.
Once the opportunity is identified, Clover will assess the same and based on the assessment, shall prepare a proposal for the bank.
Bancsol will front end the deal and present the proposal to the bank. Clover will be part of the joint meetings with the bank and price negotiation will be jointly done.
